Disclaimer: The opinions and insights I will share are my own, They come from more than 30 years inside the community association management industry as a manager, executive, and company owner, and from the patterns I began noticing and speaking up about as early as 2004.

What I'm sharing includes a combination of firsthand experience documented evidence, and informed theory. Some of these insights are based on verifiable records and lawsuits; others come from observing similar consolidation patterns in other industries that evolved fro small service-driven operations into large corporate systems.
