My goal is to create a safe space for community association managers, board members, service providers, and homeowners - a place where we can talk openly, share real information, and cut through the industry spin.  I won't always tell you what you want to hear, but I'll tell you what you need to hear, based upon thirty-three years in the management industry.  Doesn't that sound refreshing?

Ultimately, I want to spark a grassroots movement for advocacy within the community association profession.  I know first hand how hard managers work - and how often their efforts go unappreciated.  In today's climate, managers are overwhelmed by excessive portfolios and unrealistic expectations.  When they speak up, their concerns are dismissed or turned back on them.  As a result, many are left trying to serve boards, homeowners, and their employers with little real support.  Companies have become revolving doors, many people are leaving the industry, and it has become nearly impossible to attract new talent.
