The CASAA Trusted Management Company Network was created to help association boards identify management companies willing to publicly commit to operating without certain financial arrangements that can create conflicts of interest.

Participation in this network is voluntary and based on an honor-based disclosure system. Companies listed in the network affirm that they operate without earned credit arrangements, vendor profit-sharing programs, insurance commission sharing, or other undisclosed financial incentives tied to association funds, financial institutions, vendors, or service-provider networks.

CASAA does not certify, audit, or formally verify participating companies. Listings are based solely on the representations made by the applying company. Companies may be removed from the network if information later proves to be inaccurate or misleading.

The purpose of this network is simple: to make it easier for boards of directors to identify management companies willing to operate with clear financial boundaries and transparent practices.

Financial Practices

Our company does not participate in earned credit arrangements or any other financial arrangements in which income, incentives, or benefits are derived from client accounts held at any financial institutions.

Our company does not participate in vendor commission-sharing, vendor profit-sharing programs, or any pay-to-play arrangements, including situations where vendors pay fees to be presented or recommended to association clients.

Our company does not receive insurance commission sharing, referral fees, or other income derived from insurance placements or insurance companies related to association policies.

Our company does not receive hidden or indirect financial incentives from vendors, financial institutions, insurance providers, or other third parties connected to association operations. Any potential conflicts to this provision are clearly outlined within the management agreement between our company and the client.

Ownership and Structural Transparency

Our company is not owned, controlled, financially backed, or affiliated with private equity or venture capital firms.

Our company is not currently involved in the sale or merger of our company. In the event this changes, company agrees to voluntarily remove their name from this listing.
